Arafa Ali Daoud needs eye surgery urgently. Gaga Refugee Camp, eastern Chad

This is darling little Arafa Ali Daoud. She lives in Gaga Refuge Camp. She is going blind in both eyes and may have a potentially fatal condition called retinoblastoma. She urgently needs to be seen by an opthamologist (eye doctor)--or she could die. Can you help? There is a big need for specialized medical care in the refugee camps in eastern Chad and Darfur. Only basic medical needs are being met. More security (i.e. a peacekeeping force) is needed so that humanitarian agencies--such as International Medical Corp--can do their life saving medical work without impediment.
